Report a security issue
Do you suspect a vulnerability or security incident in ControlHub? Write to our security contact:
security@e-it-s.ch- Include the affected ControlHub version and, where relevant, the system environment.
- Briefly describe the observed issue and its possible impact. Use synthetic, non-confidential examples for any necessary reproduction steps.
- Provide a contact address where we can reach you. Agree with us on a suitable secure channel before sending confidential details.
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens or customer videos. Avoid personal data and unredacted logs.
Coordinated disclosure
Please report security issues privately first. In subsequent contact, we will assess affected versions, possible protective measures and coordinated publication. Necessary protective warnings may be published before a patch is available.
