We process the submitted SLCs and editions, the previous SLC for an upgrade, and your contact and billing details to handle your non-binding license request. Company, second address line and project details are optional. Where the inventory check is connected, SLC and edition details are sent to our licensing service. A request does not place an order or grant a license. The confirmation email verifies only your control of the email address, not your entitlement to an SLC. Confirmed requests become available to authorized staff in the protected processing inbox. We use service providers for hosting and email delivery.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes IP addresses and browser signals for bot protection and its improvement. Cloudflare acts partly on our behalf and partly independently. Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Processing outside Switzerland and the EEA, including the USA, is possible; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Our server-side check sends the verification token and IP address. A session cookie and pseudonymous security identifiers protect the process against abuse.
Drafts and confirmation links are valid for one hour. Unconfirmed requests are deleted at the next cleanup run after seven days. We retain confirmed requests as needed for processing and applicable retention obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion; applicable legal limitations remain reserved.
